VP Finance - GCC

Key Responsibilities : -

• Lead and oversee all finance operations including accounts payable, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Act as a finance controller, ensuring robust internal controls, accurate financial reporting, and adherence to statutory requirements, including audits.
• Monitor working capital and cash flow, ensuring effective management of payables and financial resources.
• Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to support key decision-making for business growth and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to implement financial best practices and maintain fiscal discipline.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.Qualifications & Skills : -
• Chartered Accountant OR MBA with 15–20 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in accounts payable, financial control, accounting standards, and budgeting.
• Proven track record of managing financial reporting and compliance in complex business environments.
• Proven track record of managing large procuremen budget is additional experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in GCC, It Service, SAAS is preferred.
