This role is ideal for professionals who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, acting as a key business partner to senior management.Roles & ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & StrategySupport month / quarter / year-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting.Drive annual operational planning and revenue reviews at multiple levels.Perform variance analysis and prepare management presentations with actionable insights.Develop multi-dimensional profitability models (business, region, product, client).Provide financial leadership to business teams on strategy, investment decisions, and growth.Reporting & ComplianceEnsure complete and accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to regulators.Handle vendor, client, and international transactions including cross-border compliance.Ensure adherence to Labour Laws, STPI Compliance, and Secretarial Compliances.Assist in Statutory, Internal, and Tax audits.Operational FinanceManage Accounts Receivables, Payroll, and Vendor payments.Perform reconciliations across products, reports, and schedules.Assist with e-invoicing, notices, and government filings.Continuously improve financial systems and processes to drive automation and efficiency.Role RequirementsEducation & ExperienceCA / MBA Finance / ACCA / CPA (or equivalent).2–5 years’ experience in Finance & Accounting within a global company.Strong exposure to international taxation laws and compliance (US, UK, Canada, and Singapore preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Strong understanding of financial & accounting principles.Hands-on experience with financial reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).Ability to present financial results to leadership clearly and effectively.Work Schedule : Monday - FridayContact Details : For more details on this vacancy, contact us at is a premier Finance Recruitment Consultancy, helping companies and startups find top-tier finance professionals.
