Our client, in the real estate sector is seeking a seasoned legal professional with a strong focus on litigation and a solid background in Real Estate law and

fluency in Kannada . This role focuses on managing all disputes, working closely with external counsels in various courts and law firms, and providing strategic, creative legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee all litigation matters, providing strong leadership and strategic direction.

Liaise and advise external consultants, counsels, and senior counsels on complex technical and legal issues.

Handle disputes proactively and maintain high integrity in challenging legal situations.

Build and lead an internal legal team post joining, as needed.

Navigate the legal intricacies of the real estate industry with confidence and technical strength.

Skills & Experience :

10-12 years of litigation experience, with a mandatory background in Real Estate law.

Fluency in

Kannada

is required to manage local legal proceedings and stakeholder communications.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex disputes and craft effective, innovative solutions.

Strong technical legal acumen with impeccable professional ethics.Adept at working in a dynamic business environment

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B / LL.M) with significant expertise in Real Estate litigation.
