Position Summary
The Project / Product Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day coordination between external agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of product-related and marketing initiatives. This role involves managing product performance, managing tracking site traffic, handling ongoing product operations, and supporting digital marketing efforts including social media and content management.
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, well-organized, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while ensuring consistent product visibility and brand performance across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external agencies (creative, digital, PR, or media).
- Ensure timely communication, alignment, and delivery of project requirements, creative assets, and marketing campaigns.
- Facilitate regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to track progress, discuss updates, and resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed records of agency communications, project timelines, and deliverables.
2. Product Management & Performance
Manage the performance of existing products, ensuring smooth operation and timely updates.Monitor website and platform traffic for assigned products, generating insights to improve performance.Collaborate with analytics teams to track KPIs such as user engagement, conversions, and retention rates.Coordinate with internal departments (sales, tech, design) to address product-related challenges efficiently.3. Social Media & Content Coordination
Oversee social media calendars, ensuring timely posting and consistent brand voice across platforms.Coordinate with creative and content teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.Monitor social media engagement metrics and assist in community management.Support the creation and scheduling of content across digital channels, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product strategy.4. Administrative & Process Support
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.Manage project documentation, budgets, and schedules.Assist in planning product launches, promotions, and performance reviews.Contribute to improving operational workflows and communication efficiency.Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Experience :
1–4 years of experience in project coordination, product operations, or marketing communications.Prior experience managing agency relationships and digital product performance preferred.Skills :
Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.SCO and website developmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in digital analytics tools.Experience with project management and collaboration toolsWorking knowledge of social media platforms and content scheduling tools.Creative thinking with a keen eye for brand consistency.Key Competencies
