Job Description

As our new Principal Designer-BIM, REC you will be part of a world class, innovation driven engineering design center owned by an independent trust and its employees. REC is a highly sophisticated center of engineering excellence and based in our India head office in Gurgaon. Working in partnership with all our established offices globally, the Ramboll Engineering Centre (REC) is a center for excellence in design by offering optimized solutions to the rest of the organization.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be :

• Create, work on 2D drawings and 3D models for bridge, underground metro stations, port & marine projects, co-ordinate with other team members of the drafting / modelling team in accomplishing complex tasks.
• Is responsible for technical correctness and timely delivery of the drawings, 3D models and documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Tekla is a must. Knowledge in Rhino / grasshopper, MicroStation and Revit is desirable.
• Hands on experience with bridge drawings, quantity estimation etc.
• Will coordinate with technical manager or concerned engineers for input of drafting work in each project.
• Conversance with Euro code, Swedish drawing standards will be an add-on.
• Exercises self-discipline and work ethic, respect and follow company policies and procedures.
