Job descriptionEnsure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees. Collect, calculate, and input payroll data, including salaries, benefits, deductions, and taxes. Maintain compliance with applicable payroll laws, wage and hour regulations, and company policies. Oversee statutory filings and timely payment of employment-related taxes. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.). Develop financial summaries and reports for management review. Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring actuals against projections. Identify and report variances for corrective action. Ensure adherence to accounting principles, standards, and policies. Support internal and external audits with required documentation. Stay informed on updates to accounting regulations and best practices. Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns within timelines. Assist in tax planning and ensure compliance with all tax obligations. Maintain organized financial records and files. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial information and support. Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as required. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field. A professional qualification such as CA is a plus. Experience : 5–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles. Prior experience at a CA firm or accounting firm is preferred. Skills : Proficiency in Tally and MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Prior experience in cost center accounting will be an advantage.
