About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled  Software Development Engineer (SDE)  with hands-on experience in  AI, React, Node.js and AWS . This role is designed for someone who not only thrives in building scalable, high-impact products but also aspires to grow into a  technology leadership position .

As a core member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology stack, product architecture and long-term tech vision.

What You'll Do

Lead the design, development and deployment of applications across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).

Build and integrate AI / ML models into production-ready systems, ensuring real-world scalability and efficiency.

Drive technical architecture decisions and align technology choices with long-term business strategy.

Collaborate with founders, product managers and cross-functional teams to influence the product roadmap.

Ensure best practices in software engineering, testing, deployment and security.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, building a strong engineering-first culture.

Owning technology strategy and innovation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience.

Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and AWS cloud services.

Proven experience building AI / ML-driven applications.

Solid understanding of system architecture, scalability and performance optimization.

Proficiency in databases (SQL & NoSQL), APIs (REST / GraphQL), and microservices.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance hands-on coding and architectural vision.

Excellent communication skills with a leadership mindset.
