Job Title- Backend Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to design, build, and optimize backend systems that power high-performance, scalable applications. You will work with modern technologies, drive cloud migration initiatives, and ensure the robustness of our backend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop microservices and RESTful APIs for scalable systems.
  • Lead cloud migration and containerization efforts using Kubernetes.
  • Implement and optimize data processing and messaging frameworks with Kafka.
  • Enhance observability and performance monitoring using OpenTelemetry .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–6 years of backend development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Java and Python .
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes , Kafka , and OpenTelemetry .
  • Proven experience in microservice architecture and API design .
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration .
