Position : Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager /

Manager & Sr. Manager Sales

Experience : 3+ years in the freight forwarding industry

Key Responsibilities :

Developing an entrance strategy for cold calling

qualifying and effectively connecting with prospective business partners.

Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to

their wishes and concerns.

Create and drive a sales plan strategy that successfully meets

sales revenue targets and initiative.

Utilize internal tools to negotiate market freight rates for

customers.

Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Maintain Consistently positive interaction to nurture customer

relationship.

Take ownership of customer issues and follow through till

resolution.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with

internal team.

Follow up and monitor customer outstanding payment.
