Sr. Manager Process Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Support the Operation team in improving each plant's performance in various fields (safety, environment, quality, capacity, competitiveness — output, costs).
• Lead plant and process upgradation initiatives.
• Support new projects and monitor actions concerning technical, process, and SPC studies.
• Lead and conduct PHA, LOPA, FMEA, and SPC studies.
• Participate in process safety analyses and studies.
• Help plants upgrade or install automation in existing plants.
• Prepare and review all Management of Change (MOC) proposals and validate them.
• Coordinate with project teams to create new P&IDs and update existing ones if needed.
• Manage feed and basic engineering for all projects.
• Coordinate with R&D and Technical Services for new developments.
• Lead feasibility studies, FEED, and basic engineering tasks.
• Lead scale-up from pilot to plant commercialization.
• Actively participate in Management of Changes related to process changes.
