Business Analyst – Construction Tech & AI Analytics

Job Description

Magikkraft (WDWIL Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) is a construction robotics and AI startup , incubated at IIMA Ventures . We build smart tools that use AI, drones, and digital twins to track construction progress, improve productivity, and provide real-time project insights.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help us turn data into decisions and make our platform smarter. You’ll work with our product, AI, and on-site teams to analyse project data, define requirements, and help shape the next generation of construction intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities

Study and analyse project data — schedules, progress reports, productivity, and costs.

Convert client needs and project insights into clear technical and product requirements.

Work closely with AI, software, and site operations teams to improve platform performance.

Create dashboards and reports to help management and clients make data-driven decisions.

Prepare client presentations, reports, and proposals (e.g., Real estate projects).

Support documentation for grants, pilots, and research projects with clear, data-based analysis.

Research competitors and market trends to help improve our product strategy.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who loves solving problems with data and wants to shape the future of construction technology.

You’re a great fit if you have :

A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business (MBA is a plus).

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data / operations role.

Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, or data dashboards .

Some experience with construction software (like MS Project, Primavera, or BIM tools).

Good understanding of how construction projects are planned and tracked.

Clear communication and presentation skills — you can explain numbers in simple words.

Curiosity to learn about AI, drones, and digital twins .
