Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of BPO professionals in domestic Process.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance team productivity.
- Engaged in managing the AHT as per the standard Sop.
- Manage the team leaders and agents, AHT, KPA, KPI, Attrition, Shrinkage.
Preferred candidate profile :
Should have experience as AM / DM in domestic voice process.Should be having good communication skill.Good in excel / Data Making.Immediate Joiner.Should be flexible to work.Role : Operations Support - Other
