Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Power Automate Developer to join our growing automation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-code / no-code platforms, particularly Microsoft Power Automate, and experience developing Outlook add-ins and macros. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated workflows and integrations that enhance productivity across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Power Automate flows integrating various data sources and Microsoft 365 applications.
Develop and maintain Outlook add-ins and macros using Office JavaScript API and VBA .
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in Power Automate flows and Outlook integrations.
Optimize performance and reliability of automation solutions.
Ensure quality and usability of solutions through collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Maintain clear documentation of specifications, configurations, and updates to flows and add-ins.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to support rapid development cycles.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Platform, Office 365, and automation tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Low Code / No Code Automation platforms.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Power Automate flow development.
Proven experience developing Outlook add-ins and macros .
Proficiency in Office JavaScript API , VBA , HTML , CSS , and JSON .
Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and services, especially Outlook , SharePoint , and Teams .
Knowledge of RESTful APIs , web services , and Azure Logic Apps .
Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).
Experience integrating Power Automate with third-party services and custom APIs.
Familiarity with Power Apps, Dataverse, or other Microsoft Power Platform components.
