Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Placement Head to lead the Training & Placement Cell across all HGPI institutions.

The role involves building strategic industry relationships, driving placement initiatives, and ensuring students’ career readiness through internships, training programs, and campus recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement an institution-wide placement and internship strategy.
• Build and nurture partnerships with top recruiters, HR heads, and corporate leaders.
• Plan and execute campus placement drives, job fairs, and skill development programs.
• Collaborate with department heads and faculty mentors to prepare students for interviews.
• Conduct aptitude, soft skills, and mock interview sessions in partnership with training agencies.
• Track placement performance and prepare periodic reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Engage with alumni and industry associations to create sustainable placement networks.
