We are looking for a Business Strategy Consultant / Intern.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help conceptualize and establish a new department within the Wealth Management business. The goal is to find untapped prospects, assess business models, and create a structured plan for department launch and expansion. The engagement will be project-based and outcome-driven, resulting in a full business plan and execution roadmap.

Phase 1 : Industry Understanding and Landscape Mapping

• Conduct a thorough examination of the loans industry landscape, including developing trends, regulatory environment, and customer expectations.
• Benchmark major players in India and around the world to uncover new business models, service gaps, and growth prospects.
• Examine the company's present service offerings and seek advantages for the new department.
