About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Travel Sales Executive to join our USA travel process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling flight tickets, handling inbound / outbound travel inquiries, and closing high-value sales in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from US customers regarding flight bookings, reservations, date changes, and cancellations.
- Sell flight tickets (domestic & international) using GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo).
- Provide the best available fares, alternative travel options, and upsell relevant services.
- Convert leads into successful bookings with high closing ratio .
- Ensure accuracy while issuing, reissuing, voiding, and refunding tickets.
- Maintain excellent customer service and deliver a professional experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep up-to-date with airline rules, policies, and promotional fares.
- Follow company compliance and quality guidelines.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in US travel sales (flight sales required).Strong knowledge of GDS platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.Excellent communication skills with a clear and fluent accent.Proven track record of high conversions and achieving sales targets.Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.Must not be involved in any fraudulent process in past roles.Education
