- Brings certainty to discussions with tested facts, logical approach, and evidence through experience
- Succinct, presentable, confident in verbal and written communication. Leads presentations to clients or internal senior leaders
Demonstrates Business Acumen – Understands financial / commercial KPIs, leads LOEs and project delivery planning , define scope / time commitments, core bid team members
Market / Domain knowledge and strategic thinking – Actively contributes and takes action for market and strategic impact, leads initiatives
