We are a Website Design and SEO company helping businesses establish strong digital visibility, generate qualified leads, and grow their brand online. We are seeking a motivated Cold Calling Executive to join our team and contribute to expanding our client base through effective communication and lead generation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound cold calls to small and medium businesses to directly sell Website Design, Website Maintenance and SEO services.
- Pitch and close sales on the call itself; forward the lead to the sales team only if the client requests an in-person meeting.
- Explain the benefits of our services, including websites, SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and more.
- Identify prospects, handle objections, and convert calls into successful sales.
- Maintain and update CRM / lead database with accurate client details and call outcomes.
- Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Consistently achieve weekly / monthly sales and call targets.
- Share feedback with the sales / marketing team to improve call scripts and strategies.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or direct sales (digital marketing / IT sales preferred).Excellent verbal communication skills with persuasive and confident selling ability.Ability to work with targets and thrive in a results-driven environment.Resilience to handle objections and rejections positively.Basic knowledge of Website Design, SEO, and online marketing (training will be provided).Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email.BENEFITS
