Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing overall customer service and experience. Day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to sales growth through exceptional service.
Qualifications
Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Proficient Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively on-site in a team environment
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
