Associate Director, Scrum Master, MarTech Product Management

Summary

Core purpose : The Associate Director, Scrum of Scrums (AD-SoS) is a servant leader and agile facilitator responsible for coordinating multiple Scrum teams working toward a shared product vision. This role ensures cross-team alignment, removes systemic impediments, and drives continuous improvement across scaled agile delivery. The AD-SoS plays a pivotal role in enabling enterprise agility, fostering collaboration, and ensuring transparency across teams and stakeholders.

This role will report directly into the Group Head, MarTech Product Management while works closely with Executive Director, Product Strategy, partnering with other product owners, marketing operations teams and technology teams.

Major Accountabilities

Scaled Agile Facilitation

• Lead and facilitate the Scrum of Scrums ceremonies (weekly or bi-weekly), ensuring productive, time-boxed sessions. Coordinate sprint goals, dependencies, and release planning across multiple Scrum teams.
• Ensure scaled events (e.g., PI Planning, System Demos, Retrospectives) are effective and aligned with enterprise objectives. Facilitate retrospectives and help teams identify areas for enhancements.
• Partner with Scrum Masters to improve team-level performance, address issues like task prioritization, ensure team stays on track and adjusting plans as needed
