Quality Control Engineer - Manual / Automation Testing

Job Description :

We seek a skilled Quality Control (QC) Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in manual and automation testing.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and healthcare data.

A strong understanding of the US healthcare domain workflows and data, and proficiency in writing queries are essential for this role.

Responsibilities :

• Perform manual and automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of healthcare applications.
• Conduct product testing to assess functionality, usability, and performance across various healthcare solutions.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test automation frameworks.
• Validate healthcare workflows, data integrity, and system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product owners, to identify and resolve defects.
• Analyze system requirements and specifications to develop comprehensive test strategies.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate healthcare data.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA.
• Report defects, track issues, and verify fixes using test management tools.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in healthcare quality assurance.
