Job description

Responsibilities :

Perform manual and automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of healthcare applications.
Conduct product testing to assess functionality, usability, and performance across various healthcare solutions.
Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test automation frameworks.
Validate healthcare workflows, data integrity, and system functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product owners, to identify and resolve defects.
Analyze system requirements and specifications to develop comprehensive test strategies.
Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate healthcare data.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA.
Report defects, track issues, and verify fixes using test management tools.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in healthcare quality assurance.

Requirements :

Prior experience working with EHR, EMR, and healthcare data.

Strong understanding of the US healthcare domain workflows and data management.

Proficiency in SQL and the ability to write complex queries for data validation.

Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.

Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.

Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations (e., HIPAA).

Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e., JIRA, TestRail).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in performance and security testing.

Knowledge of cloud-based healthcare solutions.

Exposure to scripting languages such as Python or Java for automation
