Lead the development and maintenance of cost reporting dashboards using Power BI, applying advanced DAX to support project performance tracking, variance analysis, and executive-level reportingPrepare and present monthly cost reports, including earned value analysisSupport change management processesMonitor project expenditures and commitments against approved budgets and fundingCollaborate with estimating teams to validate and benchmark cost estimatesAlign cost data with project schedules and planning outputsEnsure compliance with internal controls, governance frameworks, and contractual obligationsContribute to continuous improvement initiativesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance OR related field preferableExperience in Cost Engineering within complex project environments, ideally across Oil & Gas, Mining, Infrastructure or Energy sectorsAdvanced proficiency in Power BI including DAX for data modeling and analyticsProficiency in cost management tools - SAP, Prism, EcoSys or similarStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesFamiliarity with project controls standards (eg AACE, PMI or equivalent)Experience in both capital and brownfields projects preferableKnowledge of contract management and procurement processes - preferableProfessional Certification - CCP, PMP is a plusExperience with Azure SQL for data integration and reporting is desirableExcellent negotiable day rate!Salary sarificing optionsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Corporate discountsAbout Brunel
