Position : Junior & Senior Fire & Life Safety Specialist

Department : Mechanical

Job Location : Pune & Bengaluru

Qualification : Architect / Engineer (Mechanical)

Experience : 1 to 8 years

Overview / Responsibilities :

• Knowledge of NFPA Codes and Standards, International Building and Fire Codes IBC / IFC, UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, Saudi Building Codes.
• Review architectural layouts and provide comments / markups to ensure compliance with code requirements.
• Provide fire zoning, occupant load and capacity of means of egress calculations, travel distance to exits and protection of vertical openings.
• Coordinate with Architecture and MEP disciplines for Fire and Life Safety systems.
• Prepare Fire and Life Safety submissions to Client and Civil Defense.
