Senior Developer / Technical Lead - Mendix Platform

Work Mode : Work from office (5 days)

Key Responsibilities :

• Minimum 2+ years in Mendix (v8 or later) development.
• Strong understanding of Mendix architecture and best practices
• Proficiency in front-end technologies : JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
• Experience with API integration and microservice architecture
• Solid knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Proven experience working directly with end-users and cross-functional teams
• Design and develop applications using Mendix, including Microflows, Domain Models, Entities, -Transactions, Non-persistent Entities, UI components, Reports, and Dashboards
• Work with the Mendix Administration module for app management and configuration
• Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver intuitive solutions
• Integrate APIs and microservices (REST, JSON, XML) into Mendix applications
• Build responsive interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
• Ensure data integrity and performance using relational databases like SQL Server and Oracle
• Apply Agile methodologies for iterative development and team collaboration
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team motivation and performance
• Mendix certification
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
