Your Role

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine Nutanix's Product and Go-To-Market strategies.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and present comprehensive business cases to drive executive-level discussions and decision-making.
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators for strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and drive execution of strategic projects.
• Engage with the CEO and executive team to shape strategic priorities and provide insights that influence company direction.
• Lead initiatives that foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and promote strategic thinking throughout the organization.
• Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for strategic initiatives across the company.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid : This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and / or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
