JD for Azure cloud / Stack HCI L2 Engineer
The Azure Engineer implements effective infrastructure solutions and will be responsible for planning, designing, as well as supporting deployment efforts for our clients for the delivery of project-based assignments including proof-of-concept, analysis, design / architecture, deployment and support.

The Azure Engineer is primarily responsible for :
Azure Incident Management –
Extensive troubleshooting skills required for Azure public cloud / Azure stack HCI. The Azure engineer needs to provide L2 support for public cloud and stack HCI as per the desired SLA. The engineer also needs to follow the ITIL process for day-to-day tasks and for the planned activities. Responsible for providing the RCA on priority issues.
Service Delivery Automation –
A modern support operation needs to be driven by automation. It is expected that as part of this role that the engineer will be looking to provide automated workflows or scripts to solve common issues with customer environments; ▪ Operational Procedure Documentation – The support engineer will be tasked with ensuring that all support operation procedures.
Provide escalation management –
The support is responsible for ensuring all technical issues received from clients are effectively escalated to either the professional service team or to Microsoft premier support to ensure a resolution can be found for customers.
Assists knowledge management –
The Engineer will lead in maintaining an environment conducive to exchanging and sharing knowledge internally.

Microsoft Azure Architecture Skills (AZ-300 & AZ-301) / Azure Networking (Az-700)
