As part of our GTM team, you will help scale a category-defining product and share in the value we build.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and driven Director of Sales to lead our enterprise sales function. This is a pure hunting role — ideal for a strategic seller who thrives on building new relationships, cracking enterprise accounts, and scaling a category-defining product globally. You will own go-to-market strategy, and drive revenue growth across large enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the GTM strategy for enterprise sales
  • Drive new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting, executive engagement, and strategic deal-making
  • Build and nurture relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers in IT services companies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Solutioning Team.
  • Forecast revenue, track KPIs, and report performance to leadership
  • Represent Prismforce at industry events, conferences, and client forums

Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in HCM,SaaS product sales.
  • Proven success in hunting roles focused on new business acquisition
  • Strong executive presence and experience managing strategic accounts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Experience in talent management, HR tech, or workforce management solutions is a plus
