Human Resources Generalist (27 / 10 / 2025)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle. The role will also involve training and mentoring HR freshers, ensuring they gain a strong foundation in HR practices and organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end HR Generalist activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and statutory documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and company procedures.
• Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct and coordinate induction programs, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce management.
• Train and guide HR freshers, helping them understand HR systems, processes, and best practices.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
