Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

Description : Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in Core HR and Absence Management modules specifically for the UK Region. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Redwood, VBCS, and the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features, with proven ability to lead client discussions, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementations and enhancements for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence Management modules for the UK region.
• Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements, provide functional solutions, and drive workshops and discussions independently.
• Collaborate effectively with offshore teams, technical consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Utilize Redwood UX and VBCS to design and implement modern, user-friendly HCM interfaces and extensions.
• Stay updated with the latest HCM Cloud features and proactively recommend process improvements.
• Prepare detailed documentation, functional specifications, and presentations for both technical and business audiences.
• Communicate complex technology solutions in a clear, concise manner to diverse teams, including management.
