Role Overview :

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and closing high-impact deals. This role requires a dynamic sales professional with strong B2B experience, preferably within AI solutions, technology services, BPO, KPO, or ITES sectors.

The ideal candidate should excel in consultative selling, market analysis, and developing customized solutions that address client needs. Collaboration with internal teams across delivery, operations, marketing, and leadership will be essential in ensuring successful client onboarding and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Development & Revenue Generation :

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across targeted industries and geographies.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle : prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs.
  • 2. Client Relationship Management :

  • Build, maintain, and expand strong client relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase Vsynergize.ais capabilities.
  • Understand client needs and design customized AI-driven or service-based solutions.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • 3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis :

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging demands, and potential growth sectors.
  • Analyze competitors, industry shifts, and market threats to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide intelligence-based insights to leadership for business planning.
  • 4. Proposal Development & Presentation :

  • Work with internal teams to prepare compelling proposals, RFP responses, and strategic presentations.
  • Ensure proposals align with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Present solutions in a clear, persuasive, and consultative manner.
  • 5. Collaboration & Cross-functional Alignment :

  • Collaborate closely with delivery, operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on client expectations, market needs, and solution enhancements.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • 6. Contract Negotiation & Documentation :

  • Lead negotiation discussions on pricing, terms, SLAs, and contract structures.
  • Ensure all documentation, proposals, and agreements meet company guidelines.
  • 7. Forecasting & Reporting :

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and opportunity updates.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership.
  • Track sales metrics and continuously improve conversion efficiency.
  • Required Skills & Competencies :

    Technical Skills :

  • Proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, or B2B account management.
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled solutions, technology services, or outsourcing models (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong ability to analyze client requirements and recommend relevant solutions.
  • Behavioral Competencies :

  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
  • Prior experience in AI solutions, technology services, BPO, KPO, or ITES industries is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with customer support or staffing service solutions is an added advantage.
