Manage and maintain day-to-day accounting operations of the company.Handle accounts payable / receivable , bank reconciliation , and ledger maintenance .Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports .Manage project-wise accounting , cost tracking, and budget control for construction projects.Ensure accurate and timely billing, invoicing, and vendor payments .Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filing.Coordinate with auditors for yearly audits and financial review.Maintain accurate cash flow and petty cash records .Use Zoho Books and Tally ERP for all accounting and reporting tasks.Support management with financial planning, forecasting, and analysis .Supervise junior accounting staffRequirements
Required Skills & Competencies :
- Strong knowledge of construction industry accounting and cost control .
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime .
- Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax rules .
- Hands-on experience in bank reconciliation , budgeting , and MIS preparation .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a construction firm .
