Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Manager - E & D (Electrical). The Manager will oversee electrical design, maintenance, and power distribution systems. Responsibilities include leading electrical engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing power distribution networks, and optimizing electricity usage. The role involves overseeing the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing a team of electrical professionals to achieve project goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and troubleshooting
• Expertise in Electrical Engineering, Electricity, and Electrical Design
• Knowledge of Power Distribution systems
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in managing on-site electrical projects is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Skills and Competencies :

 Strong understanding of electrical insulation, high-voltage systems, and design standards (IEC / IS)

 Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar 2D / 3D CAD software

 Familiarity with electrical design calculations and specification preparation

 Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple design tasks

 Knowledge of FMEA, DAP, or other engineering analysis tools (preferred)

 Good communication skills and attention to detail

Candidates from electrical equipment or power systems design roles will be preferred
