Experience - 3-8 years

Location - Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata and Gurugram

Core Technical Skills

• Linear Programming (LP), Mixed Integer Programming (MIP), Nonlinear Programming (NLP) : Deep understanding of formulating and solving these problems.
• Model Formulation : Ability to translate business objectives and constraints into mathematical models.
• Gurobi Python API : Proficient in building, solving, and analyzing models using Gurobi's Python interface.
• Performance Tuning : Knowledge of Gurobi parameters, solver settings, and troubleshooting infeasibility or slow convergence.
• Integration : Experience integrating Gurobi with data pipelines and other Python libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy).
• Python : Strong coding skills, including writing clean, modular, and well-documented code.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Explaining model logic, results, and trade-offs to non-technical audiences.
