About Knowledge Networks
Knowledge Networks (KN) builds communities and programs at the intersection of responsible AI governance and enterprise AI adoption. We convene policymakers, executives, and innovators to share best practices and accelerate real-world impact through partnerships, pilots, and publishable outcomes.

We’re seeking a hands-on Program Manager to deliver multi-stakeholder best-practices programs across public-sector and enterprise partners. This is an outcomes-driven role focused on coordination, execution, and measurable results—without reliance on any single named initiative. You will orchestrate partners, experts, and internal KN teams to launch pilots, publish case studies, and hit adoption and revenue targets.

- Stakeholder Management : Act as primary POC for 10–15 external partners (public and private sector); drive agendas, decisions, and action items with crisp follow-through.
- Pilots & Case Studies : Scope lightweight proofs-of-concept with partners; define success criteria; convert results into repeatable playbooks and public-ready artifacts.
- Content & Repository : Coordinate creation of playbooks, policy templates, training materials, and benchmark scorecards with KN research and comms teams.
- Budget & Contracts : Track revenue / costs by workstream; manage SOWs / POs; ensure invoicing and collections align to milestones.
- Quality & Compliance : Enforce ethics / privacy reviews, accessibility checks, and brand / neutrality guidelines; document approvals and retain evidence.
- Events & Convenings : Coordinate agendas, hosted-buyer matchmaking, and VIP logistics for virtual and in-person sessions; ensure smooth run-of-show.
- Data & Reporting : Maintain readiness data, pilot outcomes, and sponsor benefits delivered; publish weekly updates and monthly executive readouts.
- Tooling & Processes : Administer CRM and project tools; improve runbooks, checklists, and templates for scale.
