The Role : We are looking for a refined and articulate professional to be the face of Nestable. Based out of our Experience Centre in Greater Noida, you will be the primary bridge between our innovative products and our High Net-Worth (HNI) clientele.
This is not a transactional sales role; it is a consultative one. You will guide clients through a high-value decision-making process, manage the complete sales lifecycle, and mentor junior associates to maintain our gold standard of client interaction.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Brand Ambassadorship & Client Experience :
Orchestrate the Visit : You are responsible for the "Theatre of Sales." Ensure every client visit to the Experience Centre is flawless, from the initial greeting to the final walkthrough.
The Narrative : Conduct immersive, high-impact walkthroughs of our display units, expertly articulating the technical and aesthetic superiority of our solutions.
HNI Engagement : Build trust and rapport with affluent individuals, architects, and hospitality owners. You must be able to converse confidently on topics of design, lifestyle, and investment.
2. Consultative Sales & Pipeline Ownership :
Lead the Conversation : Take ownership of inbound leads and nurture them through a consultative sales cycle.
Strategic Closing : Manage negotiations with poise and professionalism. Understand the client's specific pain points (timelines, quality assurance) and position Nestable as the singular solution.
Systematic Follow-up : Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule using our CRM to ensure no lead is lost to neglect.
3. Mentorship & Centre Operations :
Set the Standard : Act as a role model for the Junior Sales Executive. demonstrating ideal body language, pitch delivery, and objection handling.
On-Floor Coaching : Provide real-time feedback and guidance to the junior team to elevate their performance.
Visual Standards : Ensure the Experience Centre is always "camera-ready" and pristine for client visits.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Experience : 4+ years of tangible sales experience in Luxury Real Estate (e.g., DLF, Oberoi), High-End Automotive (Mercedes, BMW, Audi), or Premium Lifestyle Retail.
HNI Fluency : You have a proven track record of interacting with and closing deals with C-suite executives and business owners. You are not intimidated by high-ticket values.
Executive Presence : Impeccable grooming, refined articulation in English and Hindi, and sophisticated etiquette are non-negotiable.
Consultative Mindset : You understand that selling luxury is about listening and advising, not pushing.
Willing to work 5 days a week from the Greater Noida Experience Centre. Also be available on weekends if and when needed for client visits.
