We are looking for a Regional HR Head for our locations in South & North.
Candidates with hands-on experience on the entire gamut of HR operations which includes Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Grievances, Statutory Compliances, Employee Welfare etc.
About the Role
The job responsibilities will include :
- Responsible for complete headcount forecasting & budgeting for the region.
- Responsible for the end-to-end Performance Management review process for the region.
- Responsible for processing confirmations, transfers, promotions for the region.
- Research, implement and administer all company benefit plans.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring legal compliances.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to the Management Team for improvement of organizations policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
- Ensure that the operations team delivers their planned outcomes.
- Monitor report and advice on the performance of functions for which the HR Operations team is Responsible.
- Work within the performance development and review system to review performance, coach and develop staff and encourage continued learning and development of the HR Team to increase HRs capacity and competence to meet current and future needs.
- Substantial knowledge of dealing with employee relations including sickness management, grievance, disciplinary, capability, terms and conditions of employment and change management.
Qualifications :
Post Graduation in HR with 15-20 years of relevant experience
