We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Analyst / Team Lead / MT / AM / Manager - Recruiter (End-to-End Process)

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership :

Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high-quality talent acquisition.

Ensure adherence to recruitment strategy, process to meet business needs.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment from candidate sourcing, screening to onboarding.

Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Conduct audits, data quality checks, and SOP governance for Recruitment team .
