The Role : More Than a Teacher, You Are the Academic Soul

This is not a 9-to-5 director role. You will be on the front lines, weaving your academic genius into the fabric of our AI engine. Your face will be the trusted brand, your teaching will be the gold-standard content our AI personalizes, and your passion will fuel our culture of innovation.

Your Core Responsibilities Will Be :

1. To Teach, Inspire, and Dominate Your Subject :

• Be the Master Teacher : You will be the primary faculty for your subject (Physics, Chemistry, Maths, or Biology). You must conceptualize, script, record, and deliver entire, in-depth lecture series for JEE / NEET from the ground up.
• Make the Complex Simple : Your gift is your ability to break down the most intimidating topics into relatable, "feel the subject" concepts. You teach for understanding, not just for marks.
• Connect and Build a Tribe : Engage with students relentlessly through live sessions, doubt-clearing marathons, and motivational talks. You are not just a teacher; you are their 'bhaiya' or 'didi', their biggest cheerleader.
