About The Role :

This is a full-time role for a Skilled Webmaster based in New Delhi, to manage our official website - The Webmaster will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the company's websites. Day-to-day tasks include designing, overseeing e-commerce functionalities, programming, project management, and analyzing web analytics. The Webmaster will ensure the smooth operation of the website and improve user experience. The role covers website management, e-commerce operations, SEO, analytics, and content updates, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with our luxury brand identity.

Key Responsibility Area's :

• Maintain and optimize website performance, security, and uptime.
• Create & Manage product listings, content updates, and promotions.
• Oversee e-commerce operations : cart, checkout, payments, logistics & Flow Maintenance.
• Implement SEO strategies and track performance with analytics tools.
• Provide reports on traffic, conversions, and user behavior.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT / hosting providers.
• Support marketing campaigns with landing pages and integrations.
