Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer with extensive experience in UiPath to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath tools and frameworks. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in automating business processes across Excel, Web, Outlook, and PDF, with a solid understanding of API integrations, Multi-bot architecture , RE Framework, and UiPath Orchestrator.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath Automate processes involving Excel, web applications, Outlook, PDF document processing, and more Integrate automation workflows with APIs and external systems Utilize and customize UiPath's REFramework for enterprise-grade automation Manage, monitor, and schedule bots via UiPath Orchestrator Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather automation requirements Create and maintain documentation, including solution design documents (SDD) and operational manuals Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers where applicable Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production bots Follow best practices in security, exception handling, logging, and error recovery

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

5+ years of RPA development experience using UiPath Strong hands-on expertise with Excel automation Web automation Outlook automation PDF data extraction and processing Good knowledge of API integration (REST / SOAP) Knowledge on Orchestrator Queues (Performer and Dispatcher) In-depth experience with UiPath REFramework Proficient in using UiPath Orchestrator and UiPath Assistant Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (preferred)

• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools : Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InVision, Miro.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for effective developer collaboration).
• Experience in creating and managing design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with user testing tools (Hotjar, Maze, UserTesting, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
