Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for a Call Center Specialist. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and support via phone or email, ensuring high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, providing accurate information or resolutions, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires collaborating with other teams as needed to effectively resolve client issues.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Center skills
• Strong Communication skills for effectively addressing customer inquiries
• Computer Literacy with proficiency in using relevant tools and systems
• Ability to stay organized, manage tasks, and resolve issues efficiently
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or related role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification preferred
