Candidate should have strong finance knowledge and preferably some exposure to secretarial practices. Key Responsibilities Handle accounting, MIS, budgeting, and audits. Manage banking, treasury, and compliance matters. Support in ROC filings, Board resolutions, and statutory compliance (preferred). Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management.
