frontline of impact —building partnerships, mobilizing sponsorships, and engaging stakeholders to sustain our mission.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive , you will :
Identify and engage
with potential sponsors, partners, corporates, and donors.
Promote and sell delegate registrations
for foundation events, summits, and honorary convocations.
Drive
sponsorship sales
for conferences, awards, and projects.
Build and nurture
long-term client relationships
for sustained growth.
Conduct
outbound calls, emails, and presentations
to pitch opportunities.
Maintain and update
CRM / database records
with accuracy.
Achieve and exceed
weekly / monthly sales & revenue targets .
Support cross-functional teams with
partnership execution and client servicing .
Desired Skills & Profile
Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field
(not mandatory for self-learners).
0–5 years of experience
in sales, sponsorship, delegate acquisition, or fundraising.
Strong
communication and negotiation skills
(verbal & written).
Ability to thrive in a
target-driven, mission-oriented
environment.
Familiarity with
digital platforms, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM tools
preferred.
Passion for
social impact, philanthropy, and global development initiatives .
