We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Visa Consultant to join our Calicut office and grow with us from the ground up. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Tourist, Business, and Student visa processing, particularly for destinations like the Schengen region, UK, US, Canada, China, and more. Most enquiries will be received through digital channels and online leads.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full documentation for Tourist, Business, and Student visas
• Handle enquiries received via online leads, email, and digital platforms
• Guide clients with accurate country-specific requirements, timelines, and document checklists
• Prepare and verify documents for submission to embassies, consulates, and VFS centers
• Stay updated on visa rules, processing updates, and documentation trends
• Track applications and keep clients informed on their status
• Deliver high levels of accuracy and compliance to minimize rejections
