About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and hands-on Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our brand’s presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will not just copy competitor strategies but create unique, impactful campaigns that build strong brand value and connect with our target audience — especially in the agriculture, agritech, and farm machinery sectors.

You will be responsible for Meta & Google Ads strategy, content creation, and complete social media management — from ideation to execution — while collaborating with designers and video editors to deliver high-quality campaigns. This role requires a visionary, trend-savvy, and practical marketer who understands the dynamics of rural marketing, farmer engagement, and B2B agribusiness promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Ads

• Develop, plan, and execute Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns with clear ROI goals for agriculture and rural audiences.
• Create unique ad copy & creatives that resonate with farmers, agri-dealers, and distributors.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance in agri markets.

Content Creation & Social Media

Brand Building & Market Positioning

Salary Range : 6-10 LPA
