HR Strategy & Planning : Lead the overarching HR strategy across PAN India operations, proactively aligning manpower planning, talent forecasting, and resource allocation with the organization's aggressive business growth agenda.
- Talent Lifecycle Management : Drive critical talent functions, including talent acquisition (recruitment for high-volume retail / operations), the implementation of effective performance management systems, and the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
