Role-Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
Location : Mumbai
CTC - Up to 25 LPA(Fixed)+Variable
We are looking for a driven B2B sales professional to lead enterprise-level sales for premium learning and performance solutions. This role involves engaging CXOs and HR leaders to design and deliver impactful interventions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage the B2B sales pipeline targeting CEOs, CHROs, and OD Heads.
- Engage with clients to understand their business models and craft tailored learning solutions.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to build a strong future pipeline.
- Leverage influencing and negotiation skills to close high-value deals and drive revenue.
- Create and deliver compelling sales pitches for a high-end performance consulting brand.
Candidate Requirements :
Education : MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing, preferably from a top B-school.Experience : 5+ years in B2B or professional services sales; prior experience in selling HR or learning solutions is a strong advantage.Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to understand client needs and position relevant solutions to senior decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, HR Heads).We are seeking someone with a strong sense of ownership — apply only if you're ready to go beyond the ordinary and make things happen.
