CTC : ₹3 – 4.5 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager who can bridge the gap between our users (gamers, musicians, creators) and our tech team . You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and marketing to improve Rentkar’s platform (web + app) and build features that make renting effortless, reliable, and fun.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand Users : Conduct research, interviews, and analyze feedback from gamers, musicians, and creators using Rentkar.
• Product Roadmap : Assist in defining, prioritizing, and executing features that improve search, booking, delivery, and post-rental experience.
• Software Product Management : Write clear feature specs and user stories; collaborate with engineers on feasibility and timelines.
• Tech Familiarity : Work with teams using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and Next.js to understand trade-offs and deliver faster.
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Coordinate with design, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth launches.
• Data & Metrics : Track KPIs like bookings, cancellations, delivery times, user retention; suggest improvements.
• QA & Testing : Ensure product quality by testing features before launch.
