Role & responsibilities :
- Sourcing : Identifying and attracting qualified candidates for IT roles through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening : Evaluating resumes and applications to identify the most promising candidates.
- Interviewing : Conducting interviews (both technical and behavioral) to assess candidates' skills and suitability.
- Negotiation : Working with candidates to negotiate salary and benefits.
- Onboarding : Assisting with the onboarding of new hires.
- Talent Pipeline : Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
