Role & responsibilities :

• Sourcing :  Identifying and attracting qualified candidates for IT roles through various channels like job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screening :  Evaluating resumes and applications to identify the most promising candidates.
• Interviewing :  Conducting interviews (both technical and behavioral) to assess candidates' skills and suitability.
• Negotiation :  Working with candidates to negotiate salary and benefits.
• Onboarding :  Assisting with the onboarding of new hires.
• Talent Pipeline :  Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
