- Talent Sourcing and Attraction :
- Job Description Development : Writing and posting clear, compelling job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing : Proactively searching for and contacting potential candidates through job boards, professional networks (like LinkedIn), social media, referrals, and talent databases.
- Employer Branding : Promoting the company's reputation to attract top talent and build a strong employer brand.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment :
- Resume Screening : Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and skills.
- Initial Interviews : Conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role.
- Candidate Assessment : Evaluating candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and aptitudes against job requirements.
- Hiring Process Management :
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Working closely with managers to understand staffing needs and define hiring strategies.
- Interview Coordination : Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Offer Negotiation : Presenting job offers to selected candidates and negotiating compensation packages, salaries, and terms.
- Onboarding : Supporting new hires through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company.
